  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
