A creamy and cheesy hashbrown casserole that’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier base, add a dollop of cream cheese. You can also customize the flavors with different cheeses or vegetables.
