Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets (skin removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice


Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into uniform 1-inch cubes.
  2. Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer cooked salmon to a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the bang bang sauce until smooth.
  6. Toss the cooked salmon bites in the bang bang sauce before serving.
