Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon fillets (skin removed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into uniform 1-inch cubes.
- Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked salmon to a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In another bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the bang bang sauce until smooth.
- Toss the cooked salmon bites in the bang bang sauce before serving.
