Ingredients
- 200g feta cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center and surround it with cherry tomatoes and spinach.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Create 4 small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
