Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like basil or parsley) for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center and surround it with cherry tomatoes and spinach.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Create 4 small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
