Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 slices of bread

- Pepper
- Lemon juice

Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork.
- Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste.
- Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread.
- Add any optional toppings as desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftover mashed avocado separately from the toast. To prevent browning, add a little extra lemon juice.
