Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, green onions, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic until well blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
