Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrot, green onions, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a deeper flavor.
