A delightful dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with warm apple crisp, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Mix sliced apples with cinnamon and brown sugar in a separate bowl. Layer the apple mixture over the cheesecake batter.
- Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly for the streusel topping. Sprinkle on top of the apples.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce for extra flavor.
