Description

A delightful dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with warm apple crisp, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  4. Mix sliced apples with cinnamon and brown sugar in a separate bowl. Layer the apple mixture over the cheesecake batter.
  5. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly for the streusel topping. Sprinkle on top of the apples.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce for extra flavor.
