Instructions
- Prep the steak by drying it thoroughly with a paper towel.
- Coat the steak generously with savory salt, pressing it into the meat.
- Insert a thermometer probe into the thickest part of the steak.
- Preheat your air fryer to the ‘Broil’ function at 450°F.
- Place the steak in the air fryer and set the timer for 15 minutes.
- Monitor the internal temperature; when it reaches about 120°F (around 12 minutes), turn off the air fryer.
- Add a pat of butter to a plate, then place the cooked steak on top to melt the butter.
- Let the steak rest for approximately 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
