Ingredients
- 8 ounces dry pasta (spaghetti, linguine, penne, or fusilli)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, reserve some pasta cooking water to add to the skillet. Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best texture and flavor.
