Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour (95 grams)
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or coconut oil)
- Cinnamon sugar (granulated sugar + cinnamon to taste)
- Non-stick cooking spray (such as avocado oil)
Instructions
- Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until it becomes a smooth puree.
- Add the self-rising flour and mix until a crumbly dough forms.
- Use your hands to create a smooth dough without overmixing.
- Divide the dough into 7 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
- Spray the basket of an air fryer with non-stick cooking spray and preheat it.
- Arrange donut holes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook in the air fryer at 350°F (177°C) for 6 minutes.
- Remove the donut holes and lightly brush with remaining oil.
- Roll the donuts in cinnamon sugar until well-coated.
- Enjoy warm!
