Description

Delightful banana donut holes made with only two ingredients for a quick and tasty treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup self-rising flour (95 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or coconut oil)
  • Cinnamon sugar (granulated sugar + cinnamon to taste)
  • Non-stick cooking spray (such as avocado oil)

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until it becomes a smooth puree.
  2. Add the self-rising flour and mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Use your hands to create a smooth dough without overmixing.
  4. Divide the dough into 7 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
  5. Spray the basket of an air fryer with non-stick cooking spray and preheat it.
  6. Arrange donut holes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  7. Cook in the air fryer at 350°F (177°C) for 6 minutes.
  8. Remove the donut holes and lightly brush with remaining oil.
  9. Roll the donuts in cinnamon sugar until well-coated.
  10. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Choose a ripe banana for the best sweetness and moisture. Don’t overmix the dough for fluffier results.
